Step 2 - Enter your details
We will ask for a few personal details, such as your name and email address.

Depending on the report you choose, we also ask for:

• Funda link (Condition report)

Step 3: Secure online payment
At the bottom of the request page, you can complete your payment using:

• iDEAL: Pay instantly or in 3 instalments.
• Credit Card.

Once the payment is confirmed, your request is processed immediately. No app or account is required, since your report will be delivered by email.

Step 4 - AI in action & report delivery
Our AI begins analysing the property using all available data. Based on this, we generate a detailed report. You will receive this report as a PDF by email within 24 hours.

You can then:

• Share it with your advisor or agent.
• Use it to refine your bidding strategy.
• Keep it as proof of due diligence (onderzoeksplicht).
