After applying via our website, one of our agents will call you. They will discuss your housing needs, current situations, and any concerns you might have. Based on that conversation, we will assign you to one of our purchasing realtors. This person will guide you through every step.

Support during property viewings

To prepare ourselves, we will ask the seller critical questions beforehand. During each viewing, we will join you via video. We will be actively spotting and documenting any potential issues. Multiple viewings are included in the fixed price.

Detailed reports with defects and the estimated repair costs

After a viewing, you will receive a clear digital report. This report includes defects, concerns, and estimated repair costs. This will help you make an informed decision about whether the house is right for you.

Advice and help placing an offer

If you are interested in a property, we will discuss a bidding strategy together. Market value and potential negotiation room will be considered during this conversation. Once we have agreed on the approach, we will place the offer on your behalf. We will always ask for your permission.
