For the Buyer and Seller report, you pay €29 per report. The first option for the Condition report costs €99 per report. 

We also offer a more comprehensive option: the Legal Check package. This includes a Condition report plus a review of the following legal documents:

  • Deed of transfer.
  • Purchase agreement.
  • Zoning plan.
  • Ownership information.
  • Cadastral map
  • Homeowners' association (HOA) documents (for apartments only).
