We offer two options for the Condition report.
The first option for the Condition report costs €249,- per report.
We also offer a more comprehensive option: the Legal Check package. This includes a Condition report plus a review of the following legal documents:
- Deed of transfer.
- Purchase agreement.
- Zoning plan.
- Ownership information.
- Cadastral map
- Homeowners' association (HOA) documents (for apartments only).
