Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link that gives you access to the SIGHTLY environment. That's where we start the live video call. You'll see one of us on your screen, and we will ask you to turn your camera so that we can view the property through your lens.

Throughout the call, we will guide you on where to point the camera. Meanwhile, we take screenshots of anything that looks unusual or where defects are visible. After the video call, a detailed report will be created. This includes all the information, defects, and visible issues. The report also includes an estimate of the expected repair costs.
