What happens if I decide not to buy after all?
It is possible that during the process of buying a house, you decide not to proceed. Your situation might have changed, or the timing is not ideal. We completely understand, but there are a few important things to keep in mind.
Before we begin working as your purchasing realtor, you will sign a service agreement (OTD). This formally gives us the assignment to guide you through the process of buying a home.
The goal, logically, is to find a new home for you. If you decide not to proceed or simply can not proceed due to circumstances, we will terminate the contract. This means that in this situation, you do not have to pay us anything.
