When do I have pay for SIGHTLY?
At SIGHTLY, we operate on a policy where we try to find you a home within 3 months. During this periode you owe us nothing.
Once you have found your dream home and the purchase process has started, you will pay our fixed fee of €3970.
Please note: before we officially get started, you need to sign an engagement agreement (also known as an 'opdracht tot dienstverlening' or 'OTD'). Do not worry; this is standard practice with any purchasing agent you choose to work with.
